This year we are raising funds to purchase vital equipment for children with tracheostomies.
Bakers Delight are aiming to raise $10,000 which will fund two new suction machines and oximeters.The suction unit is a vital piece of equipment that goes everywhere with the baby, it assists to keep the tracheotomy tube clear so the baby can breathe. The oximeter alerts the parents if the baby is having problems breathing at night or when they are asleep.
So this Easter, head into Bakers Delight, stock up on Hot Cross Buns, and help raise the hopes of children that need this equipment and their families.
